We stand by you in Responsible Gaming
at g2999
Enjoy entertainment within your limits — g2999 is ready to provide you with all the tools and support you need for a safe and balanced gambling experience.
Gambling is Entertainment, not addiction
g2999 believes that online gambling should be an enjoyable experience — never a source of financial stress or mental distress. Whatever you enjoy on our platform, from cricket betting to slot games, our goal is to ensure it all happens in a healthy and controlled environment.
Responsible gaming means staying aware of your budget, time, and emotions. Every bet is a form of entertainment — not a way to recover losses. With this in mind, g2999 has put in place a number of effective tools and policies so that our users can always stay in control.
Remember: Gambling is never a guaranteed source of income. Placing more bets in the hope of recovering lost money is a dangerous habit. Always play within your means.
Our Protection Tools
g2999 offers several user-friendly features to keep your gaming safe.
Set Deposit Limits
Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. A 24-hour delay applies when increasing a limit.
Time Limits & Breaks
Activate a cooling-off period on your account for a set duration — such as 24 hours, 1 week, or 1 month. During this time you will not be able to log in or place bets.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel the situation is getting out of control, g2999's self-exclusion feature lets you close your account for a set period or permanently.
Review Gaming History
All transactions and betting history are stored in your account. Reviewing this history regularly gives you a clear picture of your spending patterns.
Account Security
Your account is protected through SSL encryption and two-factor authentication. Block unauthorised access and use a strong password.

Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
g2999 operates as a fun and safe platform for players in Bangladesh. Our core principle is that gambling is simply a form of entertainment and should never become the centre of one's life.
Budget planning: Set a fixed monthly gambling budget — an amount that, if lost, will have no impact on your lifestyle. Once you reach that limit, stop immediately.
Time management: Decide in advance how many hours a day you will spend on the online platform. Always give priority to family, friends, and professional life.
Emotional control: Do not place bets when you are angry, frustrated, or under stress. Avoid gaming under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
Age limit: The minimum age to play at g2999 is 21. Minors do not have access to this platform. Do not allow others to use your account.
Responsible gambling is not just a personal decision — it is also our responsibility toward family and society. g2999 always wants your gambling experience to be positive and enjoyable.
